This ETG Date and Time Calculator helps estimate when alcohol might leave your system based on how many drinks you consumed and when you had your last drink. The calculator provides an approximate detection window depending on test cutoff levels—100 ng/mL, 200 ng/mL, or 500 ng/mL.
How the ETG Date & Time Calculator Works
The ETG (Ethyl Glucuronide) test measures the presence of alcohol metabolites in your urine. Unlike breathalyzers or blood alcohol tests, which only detect current intoxication, ETG testing can detect past consumption up to several days after drinking.
Understanding ETG Detection Windows
- 100 ng/mL: High sensitivity – may detect up to 130 hours (5 days)
- 200 ng/mL: Moderate sensitivity – may detect up to 100 hours (4 days)
- 500 ng/mL: Low sensitivity – may detect up to 72 hours (3 days)
Why ETG Test Timing Matters
Knowing when you last consumed alcohol and how much you drank is essential to estimate your ETG clearance accurately. The tool uses your input time and amount to calculate the approximate window when ETG will no longer be detectable in urine.
Calculator Limitations
This calculator provides general estimates only. Factors such as metabolism, hydration, age, and liver function can significantly alter results. Always use laboratory testing for definitive results.
