1. What this policy covers

2. How to submit a DMCA takedown notice

To file a claim, please send a written notification that includes the following information (all required):

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (title, description, or registration details).
  3. Exact URL(s) on https://etgcalculator.us where the infringing material is located. Provide full links (e.g., https://etgcalculator.us/path/to/page).

  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

We recommend sending via email so we can respond promptly. Please include “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.

3. Our response to valid notices

  • Upon receipt of a valid DMCA take down notice, we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We will notify the user who posted the material that we have removed it and provide them with a copy of your take down notice (as required by law).
  • Where required by law, we will also forward counter-notices from the content poster and may restore content if a valid counter-notice is received and the matter is not litigated.

4. Counter-notification by content owner

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following (all required):

  1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL(s) where it appeared prior to removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the district where your address is located (or if outside the U.S., consenting to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in accordance with applicable law (typically after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a lawsuit).

5. Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
